The workflow
- You or the buyersubmits a quote request with the pickup (your kennel), drop-off (buyer's home), date, and litter details.
- We quote within 24 hoursand loop in the buyer for the free video call if they haven't been introduced yet.
- The buyer pays the $200 deposit to secure the date (or you can cover it and add it to your sale price, your call).
- You prepare the paperwork folder: rabies cert, health cert, CDC Dog Import Form receipt if US-bound, microchip documentation. Full checklist here.
- We arrive for pickup on the scheduled day, you hand over the puppy and the paperwork, we get going.
- Real-time updates throughout the trip. You and the buyer both get location pings and photos.
- Door-to-door delivery.Buyer pays the balance on pickup. You're done.
