Commercial carrier
We operate as a commercial carrier under Part XII of Canada's Health of Animals Regulations, and as a CBSA-registered carrier we file the ACI eManifest on every northbound crossing. Operating since 2020. Border crossing records retained for every trip.
We handle the border. You breathe easy.
Cross-border requirements depend on the direction of travel, the animal's age, the purpose of the movement and whether the owner accompanies the animal. Working with Lesli was a dream. She is so wonderful and was so caring with our cat. From start to finish it was an easy process and was a life saver. We will definitely be using Dreamer's Bliss again.
Lesli was an absolute dream to work with! She made the impossible possible for us! She even sent us photos of our baby along the way! We appreciate you so much!
Lesli is great with pets especially for long haul trips. She recently transported by pet to the airport and I couldn't be happier with her service. She is on time, professional and takes care of your pet like its her own. I would recommend Lesli for ground transportation.
